Playball is a sports program which progressively builds skills in children age two to 12 years old. It was developed over 30 years ago by Sports Psychologists and Occupational Therapists.

In Playball each level of the program is based upon the skills and confidence that the children have acquired in the previous level. Using sport as our method, we give children a sound base from which to develop every aspect of their lives.

All Playball sessions are: The Playball Program:

• Non-competitive • Develops Confidence • Structured • Creates Self Esteem • Fun • Encourages Responsibility • High Energy • Teaches Leadership

The main objective of Playball is to provide children with the opportunity to develop a host of necessary social, educational and personal skills. We believe that through the medium of sport the skills that are developed will help the children deal with the challenges and obstacles of everyday life.
