Queensview Leadership

Queensview, Inc. is overseen by an elected Board of Directors having nine (9) members. Shareholders elect board members at our annual shareholder meeting. Elections are facilitated by our Election Committee. Board members serve a term of 3 years. The primary role and function of the Board of Directors, in accordance with our Bylaws, is determining the policies and best practices of Queensview.

Policies are then implemented through our on-site property management company, First Service Residential.

Our buildings and grounds are maintained by our union staff of Local 32BJ employees.

Our Community Council provides shareholder representation. A representative is selected by residents for their buildings (1 rep per building for each of the 14 buildings) and meets monthly to discuss community projects and initiatives.

Queensview is a proud member of the Coordinating Council of Cooperatives.
